We go in and evaluate everything across 10 categories. Both human-centric ones like talent, leadership, and performance, and technical ones like workflows, tools, and structure.

Every engagement follows three phases: Discovery, Execution, and Stabilization. Discovery maps your operations and identifies where the friction lives. Execution upgrades your operations and minimizes the drag. And Stabilization makes sure the changes stick
Execution and Stabilization comes in all shapes and sizes. Executive coaching, operations design, tool stack, it depends on what we found in discovery and what’s needed to upgrade your systems.

We don't publish pricing — not to be cagey, but because every engagement is different. A Discovery for a 5-person agency looks nothing like one for a 50-person startup. We don't charge hourly. You're paying for outcomes, not time in a seat. Reach out and we'll have an honest conversation.

No. Discovery is real work — significant time, expertise, and attention. You're getting a comprehensive scored assessment and actionable recommendations. That’s a ton of value. If you want to stop after Discovery, you can. We’re transparent about everything, and we'd rather you walk away informed.

Depends on the engagement. Some are project-based with a clear end date. Some are ongoing. We'll tell you the expected timeline during Discovery, but our objective is to get you in, upgraded, and back out running in as little time as possible.

You keep everything. The systems, the documentation, the playbooks, the processes — it's all yours. We’re not here to build dependency. The goal is for your team to run things without us.

Coming out of the discovery phase, we’ll have a list of upgrades and list them in priority order. Some wins come fast. Some take a bit longer. But you’ll be able to see exactly how long each should take, and what the impact is.

We're still building our portfolio as a collective, but every member has real wins behind them. Ask us directly and we can talk through relevant examples from both TOC engagements and our members' individual work. We're not hiding anything — we're just getting started.

Most agencies are in rougher shape (operationally) than they realize, and and the ones that get ahead are the ones willing to look!
If your gut is telling you something different after discovery, that’s fine! You at least did the homework to get a second opinion (really multiple opinions but that’s another thing), and you have all the documentation should you change your mind. -
Fully remote. If an engagement needs on-site time, we'll work it out, but remote is our default. It gives us the ability to source talent that fits your business better.

Only if your tools are actively hurting you. We're not religious about any particular platform. If your current stack works, we'll optimize it. If it's a dumpster fire, we'll help you migrate.
