Your data is stored on secure cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Monday.com. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure.

By using our site or submitting information, you acknowledge that TOC is not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of any data you choose to share.

We retain your data for only as long as needed:

  • General inquiries: up to 12 months

  • Member/applicant info: up to 2 years

  • Transaction records: retained for legal or tax purposes

  • Analytics data: up to 26 months (per Google Analytics defaults)

You may request removal of your data at any time.
