We enter that data into The Drag Report and run the diagnostics. The report quantifies what you’re doing well, where the drag lives, and what we can do to give you time and money back to reinvest in the business.

We execute the upgrades in priority order. That can look like bringing your tools up to speed (AI included), designing workflows to maximize throughput, up-skilling/coaching your teams to build operational resilience, or even just lending a hand on the work so you can scale effectively. Whatever combination of things we do, it’s customized to your needs, scenario, and goals, and we target the highest impact moves first.
Execution pricing is based on the drag we can recover.

Once the heavy lifting is done, we’ll fine-tune as needed, and make sure everyone is turning these new skills and systems into good habits that compound.

Once all the dust settles, we’ll run The Drag Report just as we did in step 3 to show you the impact.
