We don’t spam. We don’t sell your info.

All products, consulting sessions, or services offered through our site or links are subject to availability and pricing as listed.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe)
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
Service purchases (e.g., coaching, strategy calls) must be used within the time period defined at the time of purchase

7. Independent Contractor Status
Unless explicitly stated in writing, all TOC roles and client-facing opportunities are structured as independent contractor engagements. This means:
You are not an employee of TOC
You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance
No benefits, insurance, or guarantees are provided

All content, tools, templates, and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:
