The Operations Club is a club for operators, a network to support them, and a means to change the way we do business.
Stage 1) Community
TOC members are vetted for qualifications, skillset, and purpose to make sure we are building a space where operators can showcase their expertise, share it through coaching, apply it on business, and help other operators however they need.
Our free Slack community is where you can meet them, ask questions, learn from them, and add more strategies to your playbook.

Stage 2) Membership
Being a member means you have access to our members lounge, a space where we share work, share thoughts, and help one another with business and opportunities. It’s a space for givers to help givers. Operators who help operators. Be surrounded by people from different disciplines and skill sets, each focused on one thing: making things run.
Candidates meet with members twice; once with someone in your field, again with someone else for vibe check, and both to confirm your reasons for joining.

Stage 3) Working Membership
Members who can prove their impact is repeatable can collaborate on TOC business in three ways. First, Operators are the people in the day-to-day, handling the business, and affecting change from within. Next, Function Leads are the operators driving the transformation for a discipline. They bring the expertise, the playbook, the strategy, and they lead our discovery and execution for departments. And finally Lead Operators drive the entire engagement. They’ve lead the business, the function leads, the results.
