Every engagement follows three phases: Discovery, Implementation, and Post-Implementation Support. Discovery maps your operations and identifies what's broken. Implementation fixes it — whatever that looks like. Support makes sure the changes actually stick. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

Yes. Everyone does. Even if you think you know the problem, our job is to verify it and find the things you're not seeing. We've never had a client where Discovery didn't surface something unexpected. It protects both of us.

Our proprietary assessment tool. It grades your operations across 10 categories on a 1-5 scale — Leadership, Strategy, Structure, Workflows, Tools, Data, Financial Ops, Talent, Communication, and Customer/Delivery. You get two composite scores (Operational Maturity and Operational Resilience) and a dollar figure for what your operational gaps are costing you.

No. Discovery is real work — significant time, expertise, and attention. You're getting a comprehensive scored assessment and actionable recommendations. That has value. If you want to stop after Discovery, you can. We'd rather you walk away informed than sign up for work you don't need.

Depends on the engagement. Some are project-based with a clear end date. Some are ongoing. We'll tell you the expected timeline during Discovery. We don't lock people into contracts they don't need.

Fully remote. If an engagement needs on-site time, we'll work it out — but remote is our default. Geography isn't a barrier as long as time zones are workable.
