An operator is someone who is focused

Kind of. A consulting firm is hired to step in, figure out why things aren’t working, and show teams how to do things better. We do this too, but we look at the whole system, not just the parts, to arrive at longer-lasting solutions. We also offer leadership and hands-on support to implement those changes, as well as executive coaching, all from people who have been there and done that a few times.
